  • Does BrandedFeet.com use 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / MasterCard Securecode)?

    Yes, we make use of 3D Secure for credit card transactions. PASA has mandated that 3D Secure is implemented on all online credit card transactions (known as CNP or card not present), as of February 28, 2014.

  • When does BrandedFeet.com charge my credit card?

    We charge your card as soon as the order is processed (which is shortly after you checkout). You will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • When will my order ship?

    Your order information will be sent through to the relevant courier company as soon as payment has been received and verified.

  • When will my order arrive?

    For deliveries in South Africa, we aim to get your order to you in 3 – 5 working days, but sometimes it may take a little longer.
    For deliveries outside of our borders, we aim to get you your order within 10 – 15 working days. Please note that import duty costs may be applied to international orders.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We’ve made it simple:
    - Free delivery on all order above R800 (South Africa only).
    - International orders will be subjected to the delivery costs above including applicable import duty costs.

  • Where does BrandedFeet.com ship to?

    We ship nationally within South Africa, excluding PO Boxes, farms and rural areas.
    We also ship internationally however import duty costs may be applied to such orders.

  • Who takes care of shipping?

    We primarily use Dawn Wing and the Courier Guy to facilitate our shipments.

  • How can I find your international delivery information?

    At the moment you still have to contact us to get an accurate quote. We'll be more than happy to assist with any queries you might have regarding international deliveries.
